Not for everyone especially: kids, the elderly, anyone with a heart condition, prudes, vegetables, most pets, and especially the garden snail.

Those balls must sure hurt! But are they fatal? If their enemy doesn't finish them off by other means I'm afraid there's a long slow agonizing death in store for them. Would love to see some more of the other guy too.
Very inventive! Not fatal (except in the case of growing septic). I can picture him standing up and fighting on (with the balls still stuck in his abs) until he finally gets a sword blade shoved through his navel to finish him off. Hot scene.
A while has passed since this was done. Without digging extensively, I'm pretty sure that it was a Fantasy Mace from ShareCG. The rest of the mace is angled and hidden inside the body so that it's not seen.

Excellent scenario, where do you find the spiked balls?
