To Shank on your question: Not sure if you're referring to something in this image as cum or another image. If you're referring to another image the cum is a 3d object that I've altered the coloring to white/gray to simulate cum. Check out ShareCG and look for things like "fluid", "water", "droplet". I actually use Poser so I'm not quite sure how Daz would take these kinds of objects, but you play around. Good luck!
